What if my child already missed a vaccine date?
Bring the full record for a catch-up review. Do not restart or repeat a series on your own; the next step depends on documented doses, age, and minimum intervals.
Why are these called review milestones?
A birth date alone cannot determine an individual vaccine prescription. Prior doses, vaccine products, medical conditions, and special risks can change the plan.
Does the clinic receive the birth date?
No. The calculator runs in the browser. It stores the date locally only when you leave “Remember the date” checked.
How do phone reminders work?
Download the calendar file and open it in Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook, or another calendar app. Keep calendar notifications enabled.
